Fall Blues

I think I’m in denial that fall is officially here. Here I am still wearing short sleeve shirts and sitting with a heater under my desk when I could just put on a jacket. I guess I’m just trying to hold on to summer as long as I can. Not that fall is a bad thing though. In fact, all my favorite holidays are just around the corner and I can’t wait to carve more pumpkins! But I knew the time would come where I’d have to pull out my scarfs, unpack my sweaters, and start wearing long sleeve shirts again. A long sleeve blouse is great for all seasons and makes a perfect transitional piece when it’s not too hot and not too cold. I may be mourning summer, but I am definitely looking forward to the challenge of layering over the next months!
