Geeky Jewelry – Valentine’s Day Edition
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and even though I am all for creative gift giving, you also can’t go wrong with jewelry, especially if that jewelry matches her geeky personality! She will definitely appreciate the thought that went into finding that special piece and just to make things easier, here are some recommendations for those of you looking for something stylish and geeky (see what I did there?), but also something on the fancier end. My Inner Mary Jane
I’ve had my fair share of dressy posts in this blog, but once in a while I just have to throw on a comfy sweatshirt (like this Spider-Man one), basic jeans, and Converse sneakers. What warm weather pieces do you like to re-use for winter?

Sure, it’s a little embarrassing when that 10 year old standing next to you is wearing the same thing as you, but at least you both have the right idea.

The Fall of the Gingerbread Empire
It’s funny how fast Christmas comes and goes in an instant. If you think about it, it’s really just the anticipation of Christmas that’s really exciting. I start thinking about Christmas the moment Halloween is over. Christmas songs flood my iPhone, the Christmas tree and decorations go up, and the countdown begins. And of course somewhere in between there, I find something crafty to do. Ever since I saw this amazing gingerbread AT-AT last year, I wanted to try my…
