Two Looks, One Shirt
I know people say that every good closet needs it’s “10 basic pieces” that you could revolve your entire wardrobe around, but I’ve never been one for “basics”. I love patterns, textures, and out of the ordinary clothes. But ever since I got this off-white silk collared shirt from Club Monaco, I knew that this could potentially be one of my “basics” if I ever decided to put that list together. It’s not only super comfortable, but versatile as any white or off-white collared shirt should be.
I decided to take advantage of a trip to the great city of San Francisco and do a 2-for-1 deal of two looks with one collared shirt. If you’ve ever been to SF, you’ll know that weather is unpredictable. If someone ever asks you “What should I wear to SF?”, the answer is “Wear layers!”. Sunny does not always mean hot. Just because it’s warm in SOMA doesn’t mean that it will be warm in Golden Gate Park. Knowing this, I decided to bring a cardigan, a leather jacket, and a scarf as ways to combat the weather while visiting different parts of the city. And here’s what I came up with!

That scarf with the sheep is so cute! And how do you get your hair so lovely and shiny? I’m jealous.

Thank you! It’s probably just the sun on my hair, but I started using the LUSH brand shampoo bars these past few months and love them! Other than that, I mostly just use Pantene!
