Birds Fly High

I have a serious weakness for bird print clothing. I’m not even a “bird person”, but somehow seeing their silhouettes on clothing makes me happy. They not only have a vintage feel, but also add a fun and lively spirit to an outfit. I’m not sure if I would consider it Fall in California yet considering it was 90 degrees last week in LA, but this bird print blouse (or light weight jacket) is definitely a great layering piece as an alternative to a cardigan. And maybe it’s just me, but the cut and pleating of this jacket somehow reminds me of a Kimono, which makes it even cooler in my book.
