Riding the Wave
Every once in a while, the people in the Bay Area prepare their homes for something “big”. AC units and fans go out of stock, popsicles have record sales, and ramen restaurants become like a ghost town. Yup, I’m talking about a heat wave. You may think I’m joking, but 90-100 degree weather becomes pretty unbearable, especially since many older houses and apartments built in the Bay do not come with AC units! So when it comes to dressing for near 100 degree weather, it seems like the obvious shorts and tank top is a must. You would think that there’s not much you can do to get creative with shorts and a tank, but the key is in everything else that you wear! Statement necklaces, gladiator sandals, a hat, or even wearing a bikini top underneath are some fun ways to add to that basic look. What kind of tips do you have for dressing for hotter than hot weather?
