Shark Week! AAAHH!
It’s that time of year again. Nope, not another comic con, not a major sale, but something that’s scary and fascinating at the same time – Shark Week!! It’s the time of year when you can watch 8 straight hours a day of shark TV and scare yourself from never going in the ocean ever again. I’ve always had a fascination for the giant creatures beneath the ocean (who doesn’t?), but am also completely terrified of them. More so due to me getting stung by a stingray two summers ago! And even though I’ve snorkeled since then and even swam with lemon sharks and stingrays while in Bora Bora last year, going in the ocean still makes me nervous. So even though you probably won’t find me watching 8 hours a day of shark TV, you can bet I’m definitely excited about it!
