Chevron Stripes to the Max

Even though Dobi’s passing is very fresh in my mind, I’ve been slowly going back to my normal schedule meaning no more vet visits, no more going home during lunch to tend to him, and no more waking up in the middle of the night due to his erratic breathing. :( The outfit below is the last shoot we did “together”. He had been on some new treatments and was doing really well for a few days, which lifted my spirits enough to want to take a few photos. I always thought of Dobi as a very preppy dog – the type to wear bow ties and plaid, maybe even a Sherlock style hat. Lucky for him, I’m not that type of owner, but I still got to dress him up once in a while. ;)

Strangely enough, this chevron “V” actually reminds me of Dobi since his fur always naturally did this pointed “V” thing in the front. I guess owners really are like their dogs. Or is it the other way around?
