Rah Rah Rah!

I’m sure it comes to no surprise to find out that I was definitely not a cheerleader type in high school nor would I have ever even come close to wearing someone’s varsity jacket. Maybe that wasn’t even a “thing” in my high school, but I’ve definitely seen enough teen movies to stereotype the scenario in my head. I may have been as far as possible from the cheerleading world, but perhaps my inner cheerleader was just waiting for her own team to root for? I love that this Captain America varsity jacket finally merges the jocks with the geeks, at least in my version. Having made it through my first round of chemo and finally recovered (yay!), I’m feeling peppy, great, and ready to rally on to the next round!
