Two-Face Pumpkin
Another weekend, another pumpkin! I was racking my brain on this one for a while and was seriously having major “carver’s block”. After flipping through a DC character guide and remembering Meagan Marie’s recent pics in her cross gender Two-Face cosplay, I suddenly felt inspired to do a Two-Face pumpkin. I carved this during game 3 of the World Series and finished just in time to see the Giants make it to Game 4 (GO GIANTS!!). Anyhow, enjoy these progress…

What time is it? Adventure Time!
If there’s any cartoon that you might consider watching as an adult, I would definitely recommend Adventure Time. Its about Finn (the human) and Jake (the dog) and the sometimes weird and random adventures that they go on. I don’t know where the writers come up with some of the stuff on that show, but I can’t help but love the creativity they bring to it. I had been searching for a cute pair of tuxedo stripe pants for a while now when suddenly, I had a thought – “Why not make them myself?”. I mean, I pretty much already made a pair for my Han Solo cosplay this summer so modifying these jeans seemed like cake.

Packing Tips 101
So you’re going on vacation and have no idea what to pack? I decided to write up some packing tips since I’ll be going on short vacation soon for about 10 days. Someone recently gave me some great advice when it comes to de-cluttering my house/closet/life. “There are really just a few things we need in life. Pretend you’re going on vacation and bring only the things you need.” It’s so true. With the tons of clothes that I own,…

DIY Comic Strip Nails Tutorial
I’ve been seeing a lot of funky DIY nails all over the web and I thought I had seen it all until my friend showed newspaper print nails. Pretty cool idea, right? Anyhow, this gave me the idea to try it with comic books! Unfortunately after some trial and error and sacrificing one old comic book from the late ’80s (it was a piece of crap anyways), I found out that this bizarre trick only works with newspaper even though you…
